What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital crochet pattern in PDF format. No physical item will be shipped.
How will I receive my order?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. The file is also available on the thank-you page after checkout.
When will I get access to the file?
All products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed.
I didn’t receive my download — what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find your email, contact us at contact@stitchy.shop and we will resend your download link.
Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
Yes. Most of our patterns are designed with beginners in mind and include clear step-by-step instructions.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes, you may sell finished handmade items. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the pattern itself.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, we will issue a refund in case of duplicate charges, missing files, or technical issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
